PRICES AND TAXES
The price of products is the one which appears on the website at the moment of the Customer’s order. Prices include costs of packaging, VAT (when applicable) and any indirect taxes (when applicable), while they do not comprise shipping costs which are calculated before the order confirmation. Shipping costs are communicated at the moment of the order from the Vendor to the Customer and the Customer commits to pay the amount in addition to the product price which is present on the website.
The price of a product can vary according to the price policy of a specific market. The time of sales and discount percentages can vary too.
In case products are to be delivered in a country which does not belong to the European Union, the total of the order does not comprise any customs fees or tax applied on incoming shipments. Customers are kindly invited to get information from competent bodies of their country as of any customs fees or taxes applied on incoming goods.
All transactions on online orders on the Baldinini website are carried out solely in Euros.
An invoice will be issued for every order.
The accepted means of payment are:

Your credit card information will be encrypted by advanced coencoding systems SSL2.0 which will prevent third parties to use them and will be transmitted directly to our bank.
TIMES AND MEANS OF SHIPMENT
Baldinini LTD takes one workday for administrative procedures. Once the order is picked up by the courier, the delivery time changes according to the carrier which is used. On Saturday, Sunday and on bank holidays couriers do not circulate.
For orders paid by wire transfer, delivery times must be calculated starting from the day of the actual reception of the payment on our bank account.
- Shipments in Italy max 4 workdays
- Shipments in Europe max 7 workdays
- Worldwide shipments max 15 workdays
According to article number 5, legislative decree 185/1999, Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanation and with no penalty, except for what is mentioned in the paragraphs below.
In order to assert their will to return items, Customers must ship back items by 14 days from the date of reception of their online order, together with a Return Form, filled in in all of its parts (download the return form here). Any returned items arriving without their Return Form will not be accepted.

All transport risks and costs related to the goods return will be covered by the Customer.
Returned goods must be intact, complete of all their parts and in their original packages (envelopes or boxes), with no sign of wear or dirt.
The return right is bound to these conditions:
- goods must be intact and and returned in their original packages, complete of all its parts
- shipping fees for returns are at the Customer’s expenses; neither shipping fees nor additional expenses will be refunded to the Customer;
- shipment of returned goods is under the full responsibility of Customers, until reception in our premises;
- in case of damaging/theft/loss of returned goods during transport, Customers will be notified about the problem (within 5 days from reception of the goods in our premises), so they can file a complaint against the courier and obtain the refund of the goods (if inserted in an insured shipment); in this case we will place the product at Customer’s disposal, cancelling the request of return;
- upon its arrival to our premises, items will be checked to assess any damages or tampering which are not to be ascribed to transport. If the original package is damaged, Baldinini Ltd will keep a percentage (maximum 10%) from the refund, as a contribution for packaging fees.
Except for packaging fees for damages to the original package, Baldinini Ltd will refund the whole amount of returned goods (with the exception of shipping costs), within 14 days from the arrival of goods to its premises, refunding the amount on credit card, PayPal account or through wire transfer. In this case, Customers will have to communicate their bank details (including IBAN code) in order to receive the refund.
The right to return ceases if the goods are not intact, in case Baldinini Ltd assesses:
- the inconsiderate use of the goods which tampered with their integrity;
- the lack of fundamental parts of the product;
- the damaging of the product for reason which are not linked to shipment.
If the right to return ceases, goods will be held at Baldinini Ltd’s premises, at the Customers’ disposal for picking up at their expenses.
