WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
If you forgot your password, click on "Forgotten your password" and you’ll receive an e-mail with the instructions to reset your password and choose a new one.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF HAVING A BALDININI ACCOUNT?
Thanks to your registration you will be able to place future orders faster, manage your account and receive all Baldinini communications in advance.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
To create a new account, you can click on 'Register' and fill in all the fields with your personal information.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend that you register in order to complete your order.
A Baldinini account makes it easier and faster to place and view an order. Your address details will automatically be filled in at checkout and you will be able to view your orders directly on your personal profile.
WHICH SIZE SHALL I ORDER?
Our "Size Guide", found on every product page, will help you select the measurement system you are used to. If you need further help, please feel free to contact our customer support at shopping@baldinini.it
CAN I MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?
Confirmed and fulfilled orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a request for modification can be made to Customer Service via the email address shopping@baldinini.it, which will verify the feasibility.
DO YOU SHIP ONLINE ORDERS TO MY COUNTRY?
The list of shipping destinations for online orders can be viewed from the homepage, clicking on the top right menu.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For information about delivery times, please read our section “Shipping Terms”.
CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?
Once the order is shipped you will receive an automatic e-mail with your shipping details and courier tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team at shopping@baldinini.it and we will assist you further.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
If your order has already been confirmed, please contact our customer service at shopping@baldinini.it, who will check if it is possible to change the shipping address. Please note that it is not possible to redirect orders after shipment: please provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the delivery times specified.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPMENT?
In order to know the cost of your shipment you can simulate an order with the items you’re interested in and check the shipping amount in the shopping cart.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?
To learn about our exchange policy, we kindly invite you to visit the "Shipping, Exchanges and Returns" section: we will collect the item directly from your home at a cost of €10,00, a measure designed to reduce waste and promote more mindful purchases.
