Shipping and Returns

Baldinini takes 48 workhours for administrative procedures. Once the order is picked up by the courier, the delivery time changes according to the carrier which is used. On Saturday, Sunday and on bank holidays couriers do not circulate.

 Please note that at peak times delivery can take longer than usual.

For orders paid by wire transfer, delivery times must be calculated starting from the day of the actual reception of the payment on our bank account.

Times of delivery may undergo delays due to:

  • holidays
  • unavailable items at the time of the order
  • bad weather conditions
  • courier strikes.

 

In case products are to be delivered in a country which does not belong to the European Union, the total of the order does not comprise any customs fees or tax applied on incoming shipments by the receiving country customs. Customers are kindly invited to get information from competent bodies of their country as of any customs fees or taxes applied on incoming goods for during the customs clearance process.

 

 

 

For goods shipped to the US, any order with a value up to 800 $ is not subject to duties or taxes and can be imported free of charge (De Minimis threshold).

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

If – for any reason - you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you’ll be able to return any item within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Please return the items together with our Return Form, filled in in all of its parts. (*download our Return Form here*)

Any returned items arriving without a Return Form will not be accepted.

Customers are kindly requested to organise the return of goods and are responsible for all costs and legal risks connected to the shipment.

Returned goods must be intact, complete in all of their parts and in their original packages (envelopes or boxes), with no sign of wear or dirt.

 

RETURN POLICY

According to article number 5, legislative decree 185/1999, Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide any explanations and with no penalty, except for what is mentioned in the paragraphs below.

The return right is bound to these conditions:

  • goods must be intact and returned in their original packages, complete with all of its parts
  • shipping fees for returns are to be covered by Customer; neither original shipping fees nor any additional expenses will be refunded to Customers;
  • shipment of returned goods is under the full responsibility of Customers, until reception in our premises;
  • in case of damage/theft/loss of returned goods during transport, Customers will be notified about the problem (within 5 days from reception of the goods in our premises), so they can file a complaint against the courier and obtain the refund of the goods (if the shipment was insured); in this case we will place the product at Customer’s disposal, cancelling the request of return;
  • upon its arrival in our premises, items will be checked in order to assess any damages or tampering which are not to be ascribed to transport. If the original package is damaged, Baldinini will deduct a percentage (maximum 10%) from the refund, as a contribution for packaging fees.

 

Except for packaging fees for damages to the original package, Baldinini will refund the whole amount of returned goods (with the exception of shipping costs), within 14 days from the arrival of goods in our premises, refunding the amount on credit card, PayPal account or through wire transfer. In this case, Customers will have to communicate their bank details (including IBAN and SWIFT code) in order to receive their refund.

The right to return doesn’t apply if the goods are not intact, i.e. if Baldinini assesses:

  • the inconsiderate use of the goods which tampered with their integrity;
  • the lack of fundamental parts of the product;
  • the damage of the product for reasons which are not connected to their shipment.

If the right to return can’t be applied, goods will be held at Baldinini premises, at the Customers’ disposal for picking up at their expenses.
